This Privacy Policy explains what personal data each Architect Systems AI project processes, why, on what legal basis, who receives it, how long we keep it and how you can control it. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The Russian version is here.

This Policy covers every Architect Systems AI project listed in section 3. Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over.
We process only the data a specific purpose needs, and only for the time stated in section 3. Consent is given separately for each project — see Consents. We do not intentionally collect special categories of data or biometric data. If you upload other people’s data, you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so.
Automated decisions. Bot replies and AUDIT and AgentProof reports are produced by an AI model. They are recommendations for you to review; we make no decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
Do you have to give us your data? Data needed to run a service you asked for or bought is required to provide it. Everything else is optional.

We share data only with providers a project needs to work, and only as much as they need. We never sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
International transfers. Some providers (Anthropic, Railway, Make, Google, Vercel, Netlify, GitHub, Upstash, and Supabase for support access) are in the United States or may access data from there. Each transfer is covered by the provider’s data processing agreement, which includes the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46(2)(c)) and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45). You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards at arsysai.pr@gmail.com.
When a purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or a retention period ends, data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Deletion by retention period runs automatically.
Database access uses service keys with separated permissions; tables are closed to public access; keys are kept outside the code; data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS); backups are made. If a data breach affects you, we will notify the competent authority and you without undue delay.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send your request to arsysai.pr@gmail.com, @supprmaster_bot and include your Telegram username or email so we can find your data. We reply within one month. The /forget command deletes your AI chat at once in @arsysai_bot and @protmaster_bot, and your requests and work-group topic in @sysarchitect_bot.
You can also complain to your data protection authority — for example, the authority in your EU country of residence or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may ask us to know, delete or correct the personal information we hold about you using the contacts above.

I understand that the whole material is sent to the Claude model for analysis and personal data is hidden in the report text. If I upload other people’s data, I confirm I have a lawful basis to do so.

I understand the description is sent to the Claude model for the check; before that, the server removes keys of known formats, emails, phone numbers and card numbers, but I am responsible for what I upload.

The consent record is deleted within 30 days; action-log entries are kept for 90 days as proof of the contract and its performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (f)). By ticking “Messages” separately, I agree to receive informational and promotional messages from the controller in Telegram: AI news, new materials and Architect Systems AI products. This consent is voluntary and does not affect access to the services. I can withdraw it at any time with the /unsubscribe command in @arsysai_bot or by writing to @supprmaster_bot; this applies to all Architect Systems AI projects.
This is an English translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the Russian public offer on the Russian page, governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If the versions differ, the meaning more favourable to you applies. Paying for a product or service means accepting these terms.
The materials and services are informational and advisory. The seller does not provide educational services under education law, does not run educational programmes and does not issue certificates of education or qualification.
Payment is made online by bank card. As a self-employed professional, the seller issues a receipt through the Russian “Moy Nalog” app.
Digital products are delivered in full right after payment. Before paying, you tick the payment-terms box, which asks us to start delivery immediately and acknowledges that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted; we confirm this in Telegram after payment. Until access is granted you may cancel and get a full refund. If this consent was not obtained, you may withdraw within 14 days.
Full refund if: (a) access was not provided and support did not solve it within 24 hours of your request; (b) you were charged twice for the same product; (c) an AUDIT or AgentProof check produced no report because of a technical failure; (d) a factual error in an AUDIT or AgentProof report is confirmed (the report states something the checked materials don't contain, or the other way round) — the price of that check is refunded; (e) the product has another confirmed material defect. Refunds go back the same way you paid, within 10 days of receiving your request.
If you disagree with an AUDIT or AgentProof report, tap “Disagree with the report” under it or write to @arsysai_bot. We reply within 3 days. A factual error — refund under (d). A difference of expert opinion (a score, conclusion or recommendation) — a free re-check by a second agent; it is not a ground for a refund.
Course materials (PDF, handbook, templates, app access) are non-refundable once access is granted. If they don't fit you or feel hard to start with, you get free help: write to @supprmaster_bot and Ekaterina will suggest where to start for your task.
AUDIT and AgentProof reports are an AI-prepared second opinion that helps you decide; they are not legal, financial or other professional advice. Our liability for a paid check is limited to its price. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, to intent or gross negligence, or to your statutory rights if the report or digital content is not as described. AUDIT is an automated check of a material (a contract, document, website, social media, funnel, text or prompt) by agents built on the Claude AI model. You get a report: a score, findings, the risk, a recommendation and its basis.
The report is an AI-prepared second opinion. It helps you decide and is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. For decisions with serious consequences, consult a qualified specialist.
Up to 3 checks a day are free on the site: you see the score and the most serious risk. The full report is priced by volume: up to 5 pages — $12, 6–20 pages — $29. Plans for materials over 20 pages open as capacity grows. The site shows the exact price before payment.
Payment goes through Tribute and is linked to your Telegram. Once confirmed, the report arrives in the bot and opens on the site; it stays in “My checks” for 7 days, then is deleted from our server. Save the report: the message with it stays in your chat with the bot.
The check uses only the materials you provide: anything not uploaded stays outside the check. You are responsible for what you upload; upload other people’s data only with a lawful basis. The whole material is sent to the Claude model, personal data is hidden in the report text, and the materials are not stored after the analysis. Documents in any language; reports are in Russian.
Tap “Disagree with the report” under it or write to @arsysai_bot. We reply within 3 days. A confirmed factual error (the report states something the materials don’t contain, or the other way round) — the check is refunded. A difference of opinion (score, conclusion, recommendation) — a free re-check by a second agent; it is not a ground for a refund.
Full refund if a check produced no report because of a technical failure, you were charged twice, or a factual error is confirmed. Our liability for a paid check is limited to its price.
